At Care Advantage, we have been looking at new and imaginative ways of educating and informing our caregiving family across all our care divisions. Due to the ever-changing nature of the COVID-19 pandemic, our clinical processes and protocols have been continually assessed and adjusted to ensure we continue to provide the best care possible.
Short films have become a very effective tool for communicating across the company and we have seen a few of our caregivers become stars of the CAI silver screen. Recently, I had the pleasure of filming Chelsey Ammons our Director of Nursing and Roop Bhatt, one of Richmond Southside’s amazing caregivers.
Together, Chelsey and Roop created a comprehensive tutorial about PPE use during COVID-19 and how we are keeping our clients and caregivers safe. In the video Chelsey answers questions around a variety of COVID-19 topics. She also explains the steps the innovative steps Care Advantage has taken to ensure its clients and caregivers across Virginia are kept safe during this time.
It was clear from the start that Chelsey and Roop held the highest respect for each other. Not only are they amazing caregivers, but they epitomize what our Care Advantage family of brands stand for as one company – our values, Care, Attitude, Respect, Excellence.
