Shreyas Kataria joins our Care Advantage team as Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions. Shreyas previously held investment professional roles at leading middle-market private equity firms including Cortec Group, Bertram Capital and H.I.G. Capital. Shreyas has an extensive background leading mergers and acquisitions, having worked on 30 transactions across multiple sectors and geographies, including 25 add-on acquisitions for multiple private equity-backed platforms. Shreyas began his career as an investment banking analyst at Jefferies in the global mergers & acquisitions group in New York.
Shreyas has honed his craft through the many acquisitions he has led over the past decade. He has guided deals through their entire life cycle, from sourcing to closing to the initial stages of post-merger integration and has been the deal quarterback for several private equity-backed platforms and add-on acquisitions.
A proud New Yorker, Shreyas holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Financial Economics from the University of Rochester. Shreyas also earned his MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. We are excited to have Shreyas on our team and with his background in mergers and acquisitions, he will help carry Care Advantage to even greater heights.
