Mike Bonanno, R.Ph. has extensive experience in the home care industry and an excellent track record of developing leaders and high-performing teams. As Senior Vice President of Operations, Mike spearheads our expansion efforts in new markets and territories for Care Advantage.
Mike’s career has granted him a diverse and extensive knowledge in the home care industry. In the past 25 years, he has worked in pharmacies, hospice and palliative care, and post-acute health care. Mike is a growth-minded leader, and his appointment speaks to our continued commitment to growth across the Mid-Atlantic and to provide exceptional care to even more communities. Before joining Care Advantage, Inc., Mike was a Regional VP of Operations at AccentCare, where his skills as an operational leader helped guide the company to leading results as a post-acute health care provider. Before that, he supported the growth of Seasons Hospice & Palliative Care as the National Director of Business Development. Mike has an excellent track record of developing leaders and high-performing teams.
Mike lives with his wife Melissa and 4 children in Connecticut and coached his daughters in the Little League Softball World Series the last two summers.
