Dave Wagnon has a proven record of developing successful strategies and innovative tactics, building and leading high-performance organizations, and being a performance catalyst and servant leader. Throughout his career, he has driven profitable revenue growth while expanding through acquisitions and developing a supportive and empowered culture. He has expertise in operations, business development, talent management, information technology, finance, acquisitions, integrations, and sell-side readiness.
Professionally, Dave has spent his career scaling healthcare organizations and driving transformative growth. As President of PT Solutions, a national physical therapy company, he expanded the company to over 500 locations and built strategic partnerships with 10 major health systems.
Before that, he played a key role in growing US Radiology Specialists, where he led platform development that fueled strong organic growth and the successful acquisition and integration of 13 companies. The business encompassed 177 imaging centers—including 78 joint ventures with health systems—and 85 hospital-based imaging sites across 13 states.
Earlier in his career, Dave held various executive leadership roles in McKesson’s Specialty Health and Pharmacy Systems and Automation divisions, where he contributed towards building a pathway to performance and profitability.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, whether attending sporting events, traveling, or simply relaxing together.
