The purchase of My Home Companion signals the acceleration of our M&A strategy across all divisions of our company. We are actively seeking to grow our current footprint, with the support of Searchlight, and serve even more clients across the Commonwealth and beyond. I couldn’t be more thrilled about the future.”
Bob Carlin, Managing Director of My Home Companion said, “We are humbled to join the Care Advantage team. The model they’ve built is a perfect match for both our caregivers and our clients. It also positions us to build on our mission of providing best-in-class, in-home care services. Once we realized that Care Advantage shared our philosophy of making it our culture’s responsibility to care for our elderly, we joined them!”
