Bruce has a vast range of financial experience and expertise in both the private and public sectors. Across the last 30 years, he has held strategic leadership positions in industries ranging from commercial aviation, defense, insurance, and healthcare. Most recently, Bruce was the Chief Financial Officer at Elara Caring, one of the nation’s largest providers of home-based care (personal, skilled home health, hospice, and behavioral health), spanning over 200 locations across 16 states.
He holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Colorado as well as a Master of Science with a focus on Finance from Purdue University.
Throughout his career Bruce has lived all around the country including Texas, California, Arizona, North Carolina, New York and Illinois, but is now settled in Northern Virginia with his wife and four daughters. In his spare time, Bruce’s passions lead him outdoors as an avid runner and photographer.
